Import Contacts and Opportunities

October 22, 20241 min read

This release introduces the ability to import both Contacts and Opportunities simultaneously using a CSV file. It streamlines data management by allowing users to create, update, and manage contacts and opportunities in bulk.

What's New?

  • Dual Object Import: Users can now import both Contacts and Opportunities in a single CSV file, reducing the need for separate uploads.

  • Auto-Mapping: Contacts and Opportunities in the same row of the CSV file are automatically mapped to each other.

  • Support for Multiple Contact Information: Ability to import multiple email addresses and phone numbers for a single contact during the same import process.

  • Unified Import Monitoring: Track the status of your imports for both Contacts and Opportunities in the Bulk Actions page, where you can view the details and monitor progress.

  • Single Deduplication Logic: One single setting for deduplicating based on email and phone for Contacts without the risk of overriding it (edited)
