Timezone Switcher on Dashboards
Now, you can personalize your dashboard experience with the Time zone Switcher.
🚩 Problem:
Data Mismatch: Users have reported discrepancies in data displayed on dashboard widgets compared to other modules on the platform (such as contacts, opportunities, etc.). This inconsistency arises from the utilization of different time zones across various modules.
Flexibility: Users were also seeking the flexibility to synchronize data with their local time for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
🌟 Solution: Introducing the ability to switch the time zone for your dashboards! Now, you can customize the dashboard to reflect data in your preferred time zone.
🚀 How to Get Started:
Open any dashboard (private or shared).
Click on the 3-dot menu.
Choose "Manage Dashboard Time zone."
Select your desired time zone.
Save and enjoy!
📌 Note:
The selected time zone will be applied to all the dashboards you view.
Time zone changes only affect internal data metrics, not third-party dependent widgets
Time zone changes currently does not effect the task widget, the team will be releasing a patch soon
This feature is available across all plans and roles, allowing anyone with dashboard access to tailor the time zone for their view.
