Snippets Upgrade: Organize into Folders, Search and Use with Ease! 🤩
We’re excited to announce a significant upgrade to the Snippets feature. This update introduces folders for better organization, search capabilities for quicker access, and an upgraded snippet builder for consistent formatting. These enhancements are designed to streamline snippet management, making it easier to create, find, and maintain your snippets. 🚀
👀 What’s New?
Organize into Folders:
Effortlessly organize your snippets into folders 📂, allowing for quicker access and better management.
Easily navigate through folder structures to find the snippets you need in seconds.
Move your existing snippets into folders with just a few clicks. Select the snippet/snippets, use the "Move to Folder" option to move them into relevant folders.
Folder view is now available in the Conversations composer, providing seamless access to your organized snippets. Foldering is completely optional! If no folders are created, snippets will continue to appear in a single list as they do now.
Search and Filter Capabilities:
Instantly locate snippets using search by snippet or folder name. You can also filter snippets by type: Email or SMS
Duplicate snippets with ease to quickly create variations with minor changes.
Conversations Composer:
Snippets are now more accessible with an improved layout for faster selection and use.
Foldered view has been added to the Conversations Composer, making snippet location quicker and easier.
Snippet Builder:
Both conversations composer and snippets composer now use the same editor, ensuring consistency across the product.
This change helps avoid formatting issues and maintains a cohesive experience.
