We are excited to introduce an enhancement to the Bulk SMS feature that allows users to select the "From" phone number when sending SMS messages. This feature provides flexibility in choosing which phone number the SMS will be sent from, offering better control and visibility, especially for accounts with multiple assigned numbers.

What's New?

• Phone Number Selection for SMS Sending: Users can now select the "From" phone number in the SMS modal from a dropdown list. The dropdown will display all available phone numbers associated with the account, making it easier to choose the correct number for SMS communication.

• Default Phone Number Fallback: If no phone number is selected, the system will automatically use the default phone number to send the SMS, ensuring no interruption in the sending process.

How to Use:

1. Go to Contacts, Select Multiple Contacts and click on "Bulk SMS"

2. Select the Sending Number: In the SMS modal, use the "From" field dropdown to select the phone number you wish to use for sending the SMS. If no number is selected, the default number will be automatically used.

3. Fill the rest of the details and click on "Send SMS"

Access:

• Admins can access all the numbers configured in the account.

• Users can access: default number, number assigned to the specific user, unassigned numbers and the last used number to message the contact.
